Welcome to IDA.

This place has followed me, shaped me, and revealed me for the past ten years. To celebrate this decade, I wanted to rethink everything: the space, the soul, the experience.

Ida is my sister’s name, but above all, it symbolizes my roots. Today, those roots rise before your eyes: the trunk of a tree, sculpted roots, a painted canopy on the ceiling. A living setting, inspired by nature, the earth, and the passing of time.

Ida becomes a laboratory of flavors, memory, and boldness.

Here, my cooking takes a more intimate, freer path: deeply Italian, yet infused with ingredients from around the world, my travels, and my emotions.

What you will taste here is what I love to cook today.

Ida has grown. So have I.
