Still led by Chef Denny Imbroisi, IDA now embraces a more eclectic identity, shaped by the personalities who bring the restaurant to life. Denny’s Italian roots blend with the Spanish influences of Chef Pablo, who leads the kitchen on a daily basis, along with South American inspirations expressed through flavours such as chimichurri, pico de gallo, jalapeño and dulce de leche.

A vibrant, spontaneous and generous cuisine built around small plates to share, with one idea at its heart: the simple pleasure of coming together around the table.
